How many CrossFit coaches should I interview?


For a facility owner who has used the job board, they could have a dozen or more qualified applicants to go through.

Out of those, how many should actually be interviewed?

So how many should you actually interview?

When you are ready to start interviewing coaches, you want to narrow it down to two or three at the most.

Any more than that, you are not only wasting your own time but the time of the coach coming in for the interview as well. Interviews are a very time-consuming process.

You will start out with emails, followed by a phone call, followed by a Skype call, followed by the first in-person interview, then the next in-person interview.

It is a very time-intensive process to go through with just one person, when you add 3 or more, it can be very consuming.
