We are looking for part-time or full-time CrossFit coaches to coach our group classes. Available and willing to do private or small group privates are is a bonus but not required. We have been affiliated since 2009 and now have two locations in San Francisco.
- Have a current CF-Lv1 (or higher) and CPR/AED certification
- Been doing CrossFit for one year+ and knowledgeable on the 9 foundational CrossFit movements, as well as the Olympic lifts.
- Are energetic, fun, move technically sound, have a passion for fitness, and are willing to learn more!
- Are available to take on a minimum of 5 classes per week, and be able to work early mornings, weekends, and/ or evenings.
No matter your coaching experience, all new coaches go through our coach on-ramping process to learn our gym culture and how we run classes. This could take anywhere from 1-6 months based on how quickly you pick it up.
You will uphold our friendly and welcoming gym culture and community with your presence, passion, and how you conduct classes. Our communication with our coaches is very important to us. We meet bi-monthly for a check-in and participate in professional development seminars.
