We are looking for amazing CrossFit enthusiasts to coach afternoon or morning classes.
We’re looking for the right fit for our community, and are willing to develop new coaches with no prior experience.
We utilize NCFIT programming and provide coaches with session plans prior to their classes.
- Fully prepare to coach members through all movements in the class plan
- Add value for members by keying on one or two new tips/tricks for each class
- Be able to manage each class hour effectively and efficiently to remain on time
- Ensure members are moving safely and at appropriate loads, which may mean diplomatically suggesting movement or load alternatives
- Demonstrate a commitment and love for fitness – lead by example
Looking for coaches to pick up 8-12 classes per month.
