GROUP FITNESS TRAINER / FITNESS INSTRUCTOR WANTED NOW!!!!
CrossFit South Shore is growing and we are looking to add to our Team. This will be a part-time position to start, with the potential to become a full-time, salaried position. The ideal candidate is someone looking for a position that will provide long-term growth opportunities. Candidates should have 10 to 20 hours of availability to coach per week.
A sense of teamwork, reliability, pride in our gym, and accountability to upholding our standards are absolute job requirements.
We want someone that is comfortable answering questions of potential members that walk in off the street, and being an excellent representative of the brand.

You might just be the trainer we’re looking for! Approx. hours and shifts vary but primarily evenings, and some Saturdays mornings.
CrossFit Level 1 Certification (required)
Minimum 1+ years experience as a CrossFit Coach (required)
CrossFit Level 2 Certification
Personal Training Certifications
Personal Training experience
Be on time
Supervising, leading, and coaching assigned CrossFit classes
Conduct private training sessions
Cover additional classes as needed (paid)
Follow guidelines in our Operations Manual
Additional duties as needed
Pay is very competitive and is based on experience and ability. Additional compensation is
available for specialty tasks needed in daily operations of the gym. Gym membership is included.
