CrossFit Coach

Riptide CrossFit, owned and operated by CF Seminar Staff and L3 trainers, is looking for a part time CF trainer that’s looking to grow and become a full time, professional in our industry.

The goal is to help and train the candidate into becoming a full time trainer and eventually a head coach, gym manager and entrepreneur.

We provide complete, in house training to become a better coach as well as learn and improve people management skills.

We are committed to providing career opportunities so the candidate can be fully dedicated and committed to our organization.


5 years doing CF training at 1 or more affiliates.

Minimum of 2 years coaching experience.

L2 credential or higher.

Strong, interpersonal/people skills.

Humble and open minded, ready to learn and adopt different and new ways to coach CF.

Character traits that lend to a growth mindset.

Ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.

Strong work ethic to hustle and earn the growth within our organization.

Desire to become an “intraprenuer” within our organization.

Flexible schedule to be available for the usual coaching shifts as well as flexibility to cover extra shifts and be “on call” and ready for business demands.

A forward thinking mindset, ready to take initiative and propose ideas and improvements to our current systems in our organization.

An extensive and robust interview/hiring process will be in effect, looking mostly for strong character and people skills. This hiring process will be a collective of taking classes, having conversations with our members and staff, and seeing the candidate interact with everyone and anyone in the affiliate environment.


Paid internship, depending on credentials plus experience.

Hourly rate for hours worked, not limited to classes coached.

Hourly rate depends on credentials, experience and performance evaluations.

Personal training is a big part of our compensation structure. We will train and fully support candidates to help you grow your PT business, as well as help you find a healthy balance of PT and class work schedule. Our goal is to help you make a living doing what we all love to do.
