NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of fitness experience
  • 1+ years of full-time coaching experience
  • Current coaching credential (CF – L1, etc) or ability to immediately/commitment to attain one
  • Active CPR and First Aid Certification

 

NECESSARY SKILLS

  • Mastery of member service and care
  • In depth knowledge of fitness, health, and nutrition – the tip of spear
  • In depth knowledge and skill in leading group classes – we want the best
  • High level interpersonal, time management and organizational skills – professional mindset
  • Strong leadership skills, always leads by example
  • Creative thinking, dispute resolution and problem-solving skills all finely honed – cool under pressure

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to…

  • Lead daily classes (~20 hours on floor coaching per week)
  • Client success management and overall program offering (~10 hours per week)
  • Manage daily maintenance, equipment, repairs and cleanliness of the facility (~10 hours per week)
  • Formal distribution of hours will be set by Owner/GM/COO
  • Meet weekly with Owner/GM/COO
  • Handle member inquiries, provide information about program, and track attendance
  • Retain members through creating and promoting a world class, positive, and fun environment
  • Plan and facilitate community events calendar along with GM
  • Organize class scheduling along with GM
  • Identify, recruit and train new team members along with GM (admin/coaches/trainers)
  • Assist in certain marketing and business development objectives along with GM
  • Support the rotational weekend class schedule
  • Handle member inquiries, provide information about our program, and track attendance
  • Help plan and facilitate community/special events that take place throughout the year
  • Know and understand all program offerings and manage the process of signing up new members – Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility by performing necessary duties
  • Support/backup the group coaching class schedule

COMPENSATION

The compensation offered is based on multiple factors including years of experience, leadership/management abilities, positive performance evaluations and overall expertise.
