- Coaching Classes – You will serve as the leading trainer on the floor during your scheduled hour of coaching. You will be expected to show up at least 15 minutes prior to classes to make sure everything is in place and the gym is set up correctly. You are responsible for helping your athletes reach their health and fitness goals and improve their performance, injury-free. You will do this by thoroughly & relentlessly guiding them through the programmed WOD. All procedures are expected to be followed (Opening, Closing, After Class, etc). To start, 10 classes per week will be given to you as a base. This is subject to change.
- Staff Meetings – You will be expected and required to attend all staff meetings, cleanings, events, and gatherings. You will be paid for meetings, cleanings, & certain events. Social gatherings/community days will be for the retention of the athletes, which will then be a benefit to you.
- Evaluations – Coaching Evaluations will be completed at the end of every quarter – management of the class, demonstrations, client touches, & class atmosphere.
- Individualized Design Floor Hours – TBD. If there is a need for the athletes to have extra ID coaching floor hours, we will give them to you if they do not conflict with your class schedule.
- Community – Customer Service duties (i.e. greeting customers, assisting members with paperwork, etc). Assist in starting, promoting, and growing our Contender CrossFit athlete community.
