Fulltime Professional CrossFit Coach

We are looking to hire a Crossfit Coach that can continue to foster an exceptional member experience and help us continue to fulfill our mission to improve the human experience and health of all our clients. About the position:

The CrossFit coach is an essential member of the leadership team who plays an active role in moving Midtown forward.

The ideal candidate is someone who desires a coaching career and is driven to grow and develop a world-class team. The right person is someone who is humble, hard-working, great with people, and wants to be a part of a strong team.

Success in the position demands great communication skills and the ability to empower each member of the team to coach with confidence and support clients as they work toward their goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Understands and is driven by the Midtown Movement and Medicine mission and vision

Education & Experience:

  • CrossFit Level 1, is required, a Level 2 Trainer with experience in coaching preferred
  • 1-on-1 Training Experience (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching up to 10 group classes per week
  • Coaching up to 10 personal training and 1-on-1 fundamentals sessions per week
  • ~10-12 hours of administration and gym management activities such as preparing individual client programming, managing clients’ memberships, etc
  • Consulting with prospective clients
  • Participating in a cohesive team
  • Ensuring retention targets are met

Compensation:

  • Pay correlates to the experience
  • Additional Compensation: Personal training bonuses for extra hours worked
  • Income Potential: up to $40,000 with the ability to make more after 18-24 months with us

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
