- 1-2 years personal training experience.
- Nutrition certification preferred PN, NASM, NCSF, ISSA, etc
- Personal Training certification
- Willingness to gain additional education
- Show up 10-15m before a class and hang out afterward.
- Coach 25-45+ classes a month (5-10 a week).
- Coach new clients through fundamentals in preparation for classes.
- 15-25 hours a week of admin, personal training, and client retention.
- Knowing that true wealth and success take time.
- Being coachable and having a desire to learn.
- Professional development inside and outside the gym.
