Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach

Functional Fitness Coach. This position will include personal training, team training, nutrition coaching, and CrossFit group coaching.

In search of a qualified individual for an initial commitment of 10-20 coaching sessions per week, with the opportunity to grow into the role as a full-time position for 30-40 hours of coaching sessions per week.

At Lincoln Nutrition and Fitness, we are looking for someone who values building relationships and connecting with people on a daily basis and is goal-oriented and self-motivated. This individual must be a team player who values helping and serving others as a large aspect of this position will entail learning about others’ passions, jobs, life, and goals. This individual must align with Lincoln Nutrition and Fitness’ purpose and values of positively impacting and changing lives by creating a strong, brave, healthy community through education and coaching.


  • CrossFit Level 1 or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • Nutrition Coaching Certification (Precision Nutrition is preferred) or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
  • Personal Training Certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
