Stretch Therapist

If you have a background and certification in Personal or Athletic Training, Coaching, Massage, Physical Therapy, Yoga, Chiropractic, etc. or a degree in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine, we want to hear from you!

The Role: FLEXOLOGIST™

Simply put, the Flexologist’s goal is to create and deliver the best professional stretch experience possible. You’ll be a pivotal member of our team and help clients increase their flexibility to move and feel better at work, at the gym and in life. Our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) designed by renowned stretch expert Brad Walker is extensive, unique and a crucial part of every Flexologist’s journey at StretchLab. We invest in your success by providing 60+ hours of intensive PNF Training and a certificate of completion to add to your credentials. Plus, you will have a consistent schedule with 20 or more hours a week and a steady flow of clients to stretch!

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform 25- and 50-minute 1:1 stretch sessions and group stretch routines

• Ability to properly stretch clients of all sizes and ages (it can be physically demanding; must be able to lift 25 lbs over head with ease)

• Set goals with clients and encourage them on their stretch journey

• Discuss and help promote future visits and membership options with clients

• Attend all trainings, keep current on new techniques and stretch education

• Assist with pop-ups/demos, studio tours, events and sales as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for health and wellness; appreciation for the many benefits of deep stretching

• Required certification in categories such as: Massage, Personal Training, PT/PT Asst, Yoga

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients in a health/wellness environment

• Fantastic communication skills, must love connecting with people

• Positive attitude and energy; empathetic and considerate

• Professional work ethic, reliable and punctual

• Available to complete mandatory Flexologist Training Program (online modules, hands-on training and practical hours)
