Short biography

Back in 2011, a friend of mine suggested that we try "CrossFit" with a few others at our university fitness club... I was very skeptical, but gave it a go anyways. I was immediately hooked. Why weren't more people doing this?! The fitness addiction had begun.

After graduation in 2015, I was asked to be the Operations Manager and Head Coach of my hometown affiliate in Northern Virginia.. I didn't have much experience outside of training, and quite frankly.. never had a desire to coach others, but I knew that getting my Level 1 was the next step (CF Hampton Roads; 2015).

A majority of the last six years my life has been absorbed with the CF community.. CF is so much bigger than fitness. I've met thousands of people that have turned into friends.. to family.. to support systems. This community has impacted me on such a great scale, and I never imagined that one workout back in 2011 would turn into a lifelong passion.
