Seth Wigle

Born and raised in Minnesota, then played college football at Luther College in Decorah, IA. Moved to Jefferson City, MO at the end of 2007 to start my career as a police officer. I became a school resource officer at the end of 2012 and was appointed to the SWAT team in the fall of 2013. Outside of work I started CrossFit in 2013 and became an Level 1 coach in 2014. In 2015 I went to Glynco, GA and competed the Law Enforcement Fitness Coordinator class at FLETC. I continued to work and coach and then received my Level 2 coaching certification in June of 2019. I continue to be passionate about physical well being for members of law enforcement as well as the general population.

Tell us about a coach you've worked with who has mentored you or a coach you've learned from online.

My head football coach in college. He lead by example and was able to coach effectively while being charismatic but still earning the players respect.

What are your values as a coach that differentiate you from others?

Dedication and respect for whatever avenue of life people come from.

Which certification or seminar has had the biggest impact on your coaching skills?

I think getting my club football coaching certification and coaching my 11 year old son's football team is the best experience I've had. Learning to coach young athletes and finding which style of coaching works best for each child was an amazing experience.

What Specialty Programs can you create for your new facility?

With my diverse background and experience I believe I could incorporate a variety of specialty programs. Anything an owner would want to add I believe I could coach for them.
